How to Posses sanctifying grace

Mary found favor with God(Luke 1: 30)
sanctifying grace  is only received through catholic baptism.This grace is only for redemption process. To crucify  outer person, and renew inner person in spirit every day.

Through prayers and sacramental life catholic has to access  sanctifying grace frequently and pursue active purgation.

Matthew 11: 30 "For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

Romans 6 :14 For sin is not to have any power over you, since you are not under the law but under grace.
16  you are slaves of the one you obey, either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness?
17 obedient  to the pattern of teaching to which you were entrusted.
18 Freed from sin, you have become slaves of righteousness.
