Grace and favor
God’s grace is usually defined as undeserved favor. Grace cannot be earned; it is something that is freely given. We count on God’s grace and the bridge he built in our relationship with Him.
Favor means God stepping into one’s situation to make a worthwhile difference. Favor is the highway to connect your destiny.
Share in Gods Love > Desire>Thirst>Seek>Mary found favor with God(Luke 1: 30)

How is energy manipulated?
Energy can be manipulated physically and conceptually. Physically, energy can be transformed from one form to another (like potential energy to kinetic energy) and transferred between objects. Conceptually, energy manipulation can refer to directing one's thoughts, emotions, and intentions to influence outcomes or one's own state
There are two types of Grace. Sanctifying grace and Actual grace.
Actual grace. Grace for entire universe, naturally flow to every beings based on its nature to live here.Any misuse of Actual Grace, creates imbalance in nature and can affect, universe. Its consequences are bound with action reaction formula. Good results for Good actions, bad results for bad actions.
Instead of Will of God, if a person act based on his ego, the energy to perform action in the grace can get contaminated.
Sanctifying grace. Grace for redemption process. Only available to Catholics.
for holiness and the sonship of God depend solely upon the possession of sanctifying grace.
the transient help to act (actual grace) and the permanent state of grace (sanctifying grace).
Luke 1: 42 "There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part and it will not be taken from her.” .
This grace needs to get activated. Only those who finish Active purgation using Active Grace with its full merits, can Start with Sanctifying grace.This grace is only for Passive Purgation and Union with Christ

Adam was able to talk to God, enjoy the companionship with God. We lost the ability to listen due to original sin.
Actual grace: can be consumed the way we want,results based on how much it was par with Gods will.
Sanctifying grace: Sanctifying grace is to take part in only for practicing Catholics for redemption process.
